TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Amounts stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) includes US sales tax, INTERNATIONAL BULK SHIPPING via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, handling fee but exclude local registered mail postage (unless otherwise stated)
1a) Amounts stated in Malaysian Ringgits (RM) includes US sales tax, direct shipping via USPS Priority Mail to your address and handling fee.
2) We ship to Singapore in bulk via USPS Priority Mail every 2 weeks and the shipment takes about 6-10 business day to arrive in Singapore’s central location. Thus the normal waiting time for your orders to arrive is about 2-3 weeks after you place your order.
**For those who do not wish to wait, orders can be shipped directly to you base on weight and size of total orders via USPS priority mail.
2a) We ship directly to Malaysia customers’s address via USPS Priority Mail. It takes about 10 – 15 business day to reach you after you place and order and the item is in stock.
3) USDeSire reserves the right to make any changes to the offers / specials advertised here without prior notice.
4) Please note that orders will only be logged in upon confirmation of full payment for the amount stated in our Order Confirmation email.
5) USDeSire reserves the right to cancel the orders without prior notice should payment not be received within 24hrs upon our order confirmation email/shipment arrival notification email.
6) All USDeSire products go through stringent checks and are carefully packed before shipping/delivery. Once items are shipped/mailed, we will not be responsible for any loss/damage.
6a) Please note that leather goods crease and/or scuff easily. Although we take great care to avoid our leather goods from getting creased and/or scuffed, however, sometimes due to transit/shipping, it is unavoidable and out of our control. Although, we do not deliver items with glaring defects, we ask for your understanding for any minor scuffing you may see on some leather items.
7) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ENTERTAINED ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. Payment will only be refunded in FULL if your desired item is out of stock.
8) Please ensure that your orders are correct. Make sure the items model/style/name are correct and in the correct size, colour and quantity and URL before sending the orders. We will not be responsible for errors/mix up in item model/style/ name, sizes, colours and quantity of the items.
9) Self Pick Up location in SINGAPORE: Bedok South (details will be furnished upon receipt of payment)
10) Colours/ Quality might vary due to the resolution of the computer.
11) Home delivery service is available in SINGAPORE at a charge of SGD30 nett (unless otherwise stated)** If there is no one at home as per arranged timing and we are not able to get into contact with you at point of delivery, an extra charge of SGD 10 will be levied on the 2nd delivery attempt. If the 2nd delivery fails, the item will be for self-collection only. We will slip a note under you door when the delivery attempt fails.
